Inspired by a traditional recipe of Southern Italy, the Biscotto Mostacciolo with cherry juice is ideal as a dessert, accompanied by hot or cold liqueur. It is also great for a tasty break or the tea time: try it with orange flavoured Rooibos!

  • rice flour
  • almonds
  • eggs
  • cane sugar
  • raw dark Modica chocolate (cocoa mass, raw cane sugar) 11%
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • cherry juice (4%)
  • cocoa powder (unsweetened cocoa powder, potassium carbonate)
  • baking powder (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, rice starch)
  • orange natural flavour
